The interactive dashboards and the other ECM and ERM modules are deployed in ASP services from the AIC data center in San Diego, Ca. The data center includes a secured access protected server room with independent temperature control and filtering, T-3 data access, 24 x 7 availability, data back up, daily off site back up, production application database, testing application database, database maintenance and optimization, redundancy and drive mirroring, IIS, SQL Server 2005, Oracle V.9, firewall protection, Symantec Enterprise Edition Anti-Virus Protection server, gigabit data transfer backbone for web server, and UPS back up power supply system for each server, and co-location services. State of the art equipment includes Intel Dual Xeon Processors, Cisco routers and 3Com communication equipment.
