Overview

The Training Matrix is a standard feature of the AIC Learning Management System. Use the Training Matrix for an interactive, spreadsheet-like view for viewing and updating training requirements. If a change has been made to an employee’s training requirements, the employee is immediately notified of the changes via email. Updated requirements can also be sent to site managers, supervisors, etc.
