Overview
In addition to the predefined Incident Modules in the application, the Other Incident Module allows for the tracking of any additional items that may be important to the organization. The Other Incident Type is user definable. Use the Other Incident Module for tracking incidents that involve: Security Concerns, Vandalism, Suspicious Person, Employee Conflict, Harassment, etc.

Review/Approval - Automate a review/approval process per site.
Cost Analysis - Track costs associated with the incident.
