As part of a Continuous Process Improvement, the Lessons Learned Module provides a mechanism for communicating/sharing important topics with all locations across the organization with the focus on Continuous Process Improvement. Lessons Learned can stem from internal incidents, process discussions, OR from events occurring outside of the organization, including: trade shows, off site training, safety conferences, etc.

Free Text Search – Search all Lessons Learned records with a web like search to find a specific item or search for mitigation opportunities.
