Overview

The AIC One Global Platform™ automates the notification process whenever an employee’s Training Requirements change. These notifications are sent to the employee’s email and outline all of the required courses both online and instructor led. The notifications also include the URL, username, and password for any courses that are available online. For employees without an email address these notifications can be setup to be sent to a supervisor or manager. In addition to requirement change notifications, there are also automated notifications for coming due training, expired training, and reminders for retraining.
